Why We Built This Site
Colorado gives the public broad access to many court records, but Saguache County uses a split office structure. The Clerk of Court handles court dates, court records, tickets, warrants, divorce, probate, name changes, and jury questions through Saguache Combined Court. The County Clerk and Recorder handles recording, marriage licenses, motor vehicle work, elections, and county records. The Sheriff's Office app is the official county path for jail info and inmate lookup, while Colorado systems handle dockets, driver records, and state offender searches.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
